Easy to use and a real treat for your plants. These castings not only add organic matter to your soils but ad Living organic matter. This increases the population of microorganisms in the soil and hugely benefits your plants. Unlike chemical fertilisers castings will not burn your roots.
In your pots:
Mix your Nutrigold castings into your potting mix when repotting and your plants will reward you with healthy growth. We recommend a 20 -25 % ratio for optimum results.
In your vegetable patch:
When planting your seedlings place a handful of castings under the plant. This supplies nutrients and holds moisture around the developing roots.
Tree Planting:
To give your tree an ideal start and a boost put the amount equivalent to the pot it comes in the hole you have dug for the plant. You can also sprinkle some castings around the trunk – keep off the trunk – and make sure you put mulch on too.
You can apply the castings at regular intervals to keep your plants at optimum health.
